RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your WillOfCam purchase. Please review our return, refund, cancellation, and preorder policies below before placing your order.
PREORDERS
WillOfCam Creatine Gummies may be offered for preorder before inventory is ready to ship. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that your payment is collected at the time of purchase and that your order will not ship immediately.
Our current estimated preorder fulfillment timeframe is within 6 weeks of purchase. This is an estimate and may be affected by manufacturing, inventory, carrier, or other unforeseen delays. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate updates when reasonably possible.
You may request to cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped. Once your preorder has shipped, it cannot be canceled and our standard return policy below applies.
RETURNS
Because WillOfCam Creatine Gummies are an ingestible dietary supplement, opened, used, or tampered-with products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return if a return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
CANCELLATIONS
For standard, non-preorder purchases, customers may cancel an unfulfilled order within 1 hour of placing the order. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed because the order may already be processing or preparing for shipment.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return policy above.
